Moe Moe’s Rescue of the Rockies was organized to aid lost, abandoned and suffering animals through rescue, shelter and education. It was formed by long time rescue participants all coming together with a common goal of having a very special rescue named after a very special dog (read Molly’s story here)

Moe Moe’s is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue organization that places animals in foster homes until they can be matched with loving forever homes as well as aiding the community in finding alternatives for displaced pets or families in need. Moe Moe’s is committed to fighting for the animals left behind that no one is willing to help. We stand by our statement “Where there is love there is life..”

Moe Moe's Rescue of the Rockies

Winnie is looking for her forever family, could it be you?

Winnie is a beautiful purebred AKC 6-year-old female English bulldog. She is very active and healthy for her breed, weighing just over 40 pounds. She is extremely playful for a bulldog. She loves going on walks and playing tug of war with any toy she can get her paws on. Winnie loves attention and is very affectionate towards her owners. She loves to snuggle and cuddle. Winnie is fully potty-trained and has used a doggy door most of her life.

She would do best in a home where there are no children, dogs or cats. She is incredibly loyal, however has been known to be overprotective of her owners upon meeting someone new, especially inside the home. She may be a little shy at first, but once she warms up to you she will love you with all of her heart.

Located in Denver CO

Moe Moe's Rescue of the Rockies

There’s a new boy in town and his name is Bruce.

Bruce is a handsome purebred AKC 7-year-old English bulldog. He loves to eat, sleep, and enjoys long rides in the car. Bruce also likes to go on (short) walks and is great on a leash. He is a very independent boy who doesn’t need a ton of attention to know he is loved. Bruce is fully potty-trained and has used a doggy door most of his life. He is healthy and active for his breed.

Bruce is okay around other dogs (depends on the dog), as long as they don’t invade his personal space or try to eat his food. He would do best in a home where there are no young children or cats.

Bruce currently lives in Denver.

Moe Moe's Rescue of the Rockies

Gumbo, who was formerly Hershey has captured the hearts of many (we don't blame you).
Gumbo has had a very busy week to say the least.
Earlier this week we took a little trip up to CSU. This little man has been having a hard time going potty. So we learned that everything with his plumbing is working but it's not all located where it should be. CSU has him taking Lactose to help him poop but the problems are with his penis. His shaft is open, below that is his penis and right by his butt is his urethra. He does pee really well but our main goal is make sure everything stays extremely clean. Gumbo will require surgery when the time is right. So for now, we will continue to watch him.
Since he is just a baby, we are in need of supplies. We will post his Amazon wishlist or you can donate thru our fb page.

Oh be still my heart.

Give a warm welcome to Baby Hershey!!!

This little nugget just arrived at Moe Moe’s today. And we are in love!!!

More updates to come. He will be evaluated at CSU tomorrow and we will know exactly which surgeries he will need to make him a happy and healthy frenchie baby.

Please consider donating a few dollars to help with Hershey’s medical bills.
